Microsoft Corporation, one of the five largest Information Technology companies in the United States, hired our Support Centre for all American countries from Mexico to the South, including Brazil.
For 5 years, we have provided support for Microsoft data centre products in four languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese and French.
Policomp provided an integrated telecommunications service in all countries in the region, unifying back-office services at the regional level, to centralize a single point of contact and make service costs efficient.
We have had a relationship with Microsoft for more than 6 years, being the only point of contact in Chile for the entire region, which simplified and made costs more efficient for Microsoft.
