When there is a failure that is not possible to solve with the help desk, we provide our field support team to be on site with the affected user. We have the technology and coverage capacity to meet the service level agreements (SLA) expected by the client.

We implement a pleasant space, where users can wait while they solve the failure of their equipment.
We offer replacement equipment in case the problem is not solved at that moment, so they can continue operating in the meantime.

We keep your network secure

We offer our clients 24/7 server and network monitoring, oriented to detect in advance failures in their infrastructure.
Through the configuration of the monitoring systems, Policomp’s NOC is configured to take the necessary actions to avoid system downtime, in case of exceeding the defined operation thresholds.
If alerts are detected, the NOC follows the procedures agreed with the clients, which range from alerting the systems area, performing work around processes and, in case of network devices downtime, interacting with the communications providers.
