IBM is an American multinational technology company. IBM manufactures and markets computer hardware and software, and offers infrastructure, Internet hosting, and consulting services in a wide range of computing-related areas, from mainframe computers to nanotechnology.


We won an international tender to provide data center management and support services for IBM clients in Chile and other Latin American countries.

We developed a support center in Concepción, a place with excellent universities and professionals in the field of technology.

Help Desk

Policomp provides help desk services for a multiplicity of IBM and Kyndryl clients in both Chile and Peru.
