The SII seeks to provide attention to taxpayers to resolve doubts and queries regarding the services provided by them.
At Policomp we provided the SII with the multi-channel Contact Center service for 24 years, supporting various milestones such as the annual income operation, with annual traffic exceeding 2 million contacts.
In 2022, the SII was awarded as the best service provided by the state, especially in telephone service.
